About Me

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I was living what I believed was my dream, working at a leading online luxury fashion company in London. It was a coveted position that I had worked hard to attain. In the pursuit of success, I lost touch with myself. I stopped listening to my body, my intuition, and the subtle signs urging me to slow down.  Eventually, the stress and anxiety I had been pushing through led to a health crisis. I had no choice but to step away, take an extended leave, and return to my parents’ home to recover—a painful and humbling chapter.

I felt let down by everything I had once strived for and experienced a powerful rejection of the world I had once idealised. I sold almost all of my belongings and found myself on a remote farm in Thailand, wanting nothing to do with the Western world. After six months of living at the polar opposite end of the spectrum, I began to realise I hadn’t yet found balance. I had simply traded one form of intensity for another.

This experience now sits at the core of my practice—an invitation to welcome all parts of ourselves with compassion, and to explore how even our most difficult experiences can guide us toward greater wholeness.

I’m passionate about helping others move beyond the limiting stories that unconsciously shape their lives, and toward a deeper sense of self-trust, freedom, and belonging. I see the therapeutic process not as a means of fixing what’s broken, but as an invitation to expand our capacity to be with our experiences as they unfold. In that gentle and courageous process, we begin to remember who we are and meet ourselves with compassion, curiosity, and love.
