Holistic Therapy Session (Online)

Service Description

Therapy sessions are offered virtually via Zoom and run for 60 minutes. While we may not share the same physical space, my intention is to create a grounded, supportive environment, wherever you are in the world. Many people find online therapy surprisingly accessible and comfortable. Without the need to commute or wait in a lobby, you can settle into your own space, on the couch, sipping tea, perhaps with a pet by your side. This often helps the process feel more relaxed, natural, and grounded.
